How long does shipping take?
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days (mostly on Mondays) from Düsseldorf, Germany.
Depending on where you live shipping can take up to 4 weeks. In most cases orders to the US take about 2 weeks to arrive. If you live in Germany or Europe your order should arrive in no time.
Returns
I want to make sure you are happy with your order and I try to add product photos to the website, so you have a realistic preview of the items that you’ll get. If there’s a problem with your order or you’re unhappy with the quality, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your order will be properly packed, but as the package is shipped I have no influence on how it will be handled. If the order appears to have taken any damage (e.g. it’s ripped open) on its way, I won’t take responsibility for it.
