Accountability for content
I take a lot of time and effort creating the content for this website and I’m really happy whenever other people find interest in this project and submit their own designs. I publish these in the guest design section, providing additional information about the creator and links to their portfolio, website or social media. However I’m not responsible for the content guest designers publish on the internet by themself. If there’s proof that a guest designer creates illegal or unethical content online or offline, I’m willing to remove their design and information from pxpassport.com.

Our obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this as per §§ 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Accountability for links
Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.
